Registration for San Bruno AYSO Fall Practice-Based Season is now open.

We are very excited to be able to move forward with a practice-based season! We will be following state and local guidelines to ensure the safety of our players and our volunteers. There will be no games or scrimmages - the focus is on player development and having fun, while remaining physically distant.
Players, parents, coaches and all volunteers will need to be committed to ensuring that safety protocols are followed in order for our children to have the opportunity to be out on the field with their team.
Season Information:
Registration is currently open; however, you will not pay at this time.
As we form teams within the next week or so, you will receive an email to log-in and pay.
Currently, only players seven years old (8U division, 2013 birth year) and older are allowed to register. This is due to physical distancing requirements during practices.
Players will be divided into teams of 12 or less and will only practice with their own team
Please be advised that some teams may be co-ed and some teams may be a mix of different age levels. This will depend on the number of players that sign up in each age division.
We also need to ensure that we have enough coaches and volunteers signed up as well. Each team should have two coaches and at least one parent volunteer. Coaches that have already expressed interest will be contacted this weekend by our coach administrator. If you have not already expressed interest, please send an email to [email protected]
Players will be placed on teams in the order in which they register. Children of coaches will have priority.
The fee is $110 and there will be no refunds. The costs of running this program are not recoverable, so we are not able to offer refunds. This includes, but is not limited to, any cancellation or suspension due to COVID infections or exposure and/or modifications to general or youth sports guidance by state or local health officials.

We hope to start practices by 10/10 or 10/17, with approximately two practices per week for approximately 6-8 weeks.

Safety:
Players should wear masks at all times, except during high-exertion activities
Players need to bring their own ball, mask, sanitizer and water; no sharing of any equipment. (Passing the ball is permitted)
Players need to stay 6 feet apart during practices. Practices will focus on skill building and fitness in a fun environment. Scrimmages will not be permitted
Parents will be required to complete a pre-session safety check of their player at player check-in before each practice.
In the event of a COVID exposure or infection, that individual, along with those with whom s/he came in contact, must follow county guidelines for quarantine or isolation, which is usually 14 days. (The protocol for a positive COVID test for players/volunteers and their immediate families will be provided later)
Parents must wear a mask if leaving car at drop-off/pick-up; parents are not encouraged to stay at the field
